ZINC FLAKE 

GEOMET® coating film has a silver-metallic look. Layers of metal flakes are connected with one another through the use of a special inorganic binder.
Standard coating of GEOMET® is 2C2B (2 Coat 2 Bake) system.

Ours Production process

In Geomet process, There are 3 types of coating processes.

​

- Dip spin process for example, Fastener, Washer, Springs and Small parts.

- Auto Spray process for example, Plate part, Stamping or neat parts

- Rack spin process for example, Stamping part or deformation control parts

​

In each process have specially designed for solving a problem in different parts.
